- Orders are shipped the next business day after payment. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

- Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on the courier’s circumstances.

- The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the order time and order sequence, and may differ from the average delivery time.

- Exchanges or returns are available within 7 days from the date you receive the product. However, for home appliances, exchanges or returns are not allowed if the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in a loss of product value.

- If the product or service differs from the description or advertisement, or is not fulfilled as stated, you may request an exchange or return within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.

- If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility. However, damage caused by opening the package to check the product contents is excluded.

- If the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in a loss of product value.

- If the product value has significantly decreased due to customer use or partial consumption. In the case of cosmetics, this applies only when a tester product has been provided.

- If the product value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

- If the packaging of reproducible products (such as software, media, etc.) has been damaged.
